Who Plays Garrett Graham? the Truth Behind off Campus Star Belmont Cameli and Cast Feud Rumors
By Sarah Jenkins
Cameli's breakout performance in Off Campus caught the eye of major studio casting executives. That momentum led directly to his casting opposite Sydney Sweeney in Hollow, an upcoming feature film reimagining the classic Washington Irving legend of Sleepy Hollow.
The casting announcement sparked considerable discourse across entertainment forums. As OK Magazine reported on September 25, 2026, fans expressed mixed reactions to the news. While many celebrated Cameli's jump into prestige studio thrillers, others worried his busy feature schedule might limit his presence in future seasons of the Prime Video hockey universe. Stepping into a high-profile production alongside Sweeney signals an industry endorsement of his leading-man potential outside the streaming romance niche.
Balancing ensemble television commitments with feature film production is a familiar hurdle for young actors breaking out of romance adaptations. For Cameli, taking on Hollow proves his intent to build a wide-ranging filmography across genres, moving from collegiate sports drama to dark gothic horror.
