Step-by-Step Click Walkthrough: Exactly How to Cancel Amazon Subscribe and Save
Terminating automated deliveries on a desktop browser provides the most reliable view of your upcoming schedule, especially if you manage multiple recurring items across different billing profiles.
Begin by directing your browser to Amazon's homepage and logging into your account. Hover your cursor over the Account & Lists drop-down menu situated directly to the right of the search bar at the top of the screen. From the contextual menu that appears, click directly on Subscribe & Save Items.
Your display will load the central replenishment dashboard. Click on the Subscriptions tab positioned next to the "Deliveries" tab. Hover your cursor over the image of the subscription item you want to drop, or click on the product title directly. A pop-up drawer or dedicated detail page will load, displaying your current discount rate, selected quantity, and recurring billing schedule.
Look to the bottom-right corner of this settings module. Click the link that reads Cancel subscription. Amazon will prompt you to provide a cancellation reason, such as "Too many on hand" or "Item is too expensive", or suggest that you change your delivery frequency adjustment instead. Select a reason, bypass the retention counter-offers, and click the yellow button confirming the cancellation. Reload the page to confirm the product card is gone.
