Offset Hospital Release & Casino Scene Details: Full Breakdown of the Florida Shooting
By Sarah Jenkins
The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, Florida, stands as a sprawling 500-foot guitar-shaped beacon visible across Broward County. It is normally characterized by heavy foot traffic, high-stakes tables, and continuous surveillance. In the pre-dawn hours of April 6, 2026, that dynamic shattered.
Cephus was departing the venue when multiple shots rang out near the exterior perimeter access lanes. Witnesses reported instant panic. Guests inside the hotel lobby scrambled for cover while security teams scrambled to lock down entryways. Hollywood Florida police units arrived within minutes, establishing an extensive perimeter around State Road 7 and the casino’s primary vehicle pick-up zones.
Shell casings littered the pavement. Cephus sustained gunshot injuries and received emergency field treatment before paramedics rushed him to a regional trauma center under armed escort. Given his stature as a solo powerhouse, founding Migos member, and husband of Cardi B, news of the shooting ignited widespread panic across digital platforms.
