Inside Catch Air Paramus: a Visual Tour of Giant Slides, Laser Dance Floors, and Play Zones
The primary draw at Catch Air Paramus is its massive, multi-tiered soft play jungle gym. Designed for children up to 10 years old, this towering obstacle course encourages continuous climbing, crawling, and navigation across suspended suspension bridges, vinyl punch bags, and mesh cargo nets. Safety padding wraps every steel upright, minimizing impact while children sprint through interlocking tunnels.
The standout feature of this main structure is the bank of giant speed slides. Coated in slick, high-gloss plastic, these wide lanes let three or four children race simultaneously into a cushioned landing pad. Below the slide exits sits a ball pit equipped with mechanical suction tubes and gravity drops. Children load bright plastic balls into pneumatic funnels, watching them rattle upward through clear acrylic tubing before dropping in bursts from an overhead basket. Interactive projection walls flank the pit, allowing kids to throw soft balls directly at animated targets on screen to score points in real time.
Beyond traditional climbing frames, the facility integrates responsive physical challenges. Low-clearance obstacle courses demand balance across rotating foam cylinders, while mini-trampoline pads give jumpers extra lift before they dive back into vinyl foam block pits. The physical density of the structure keeps energetic children engaged for hours without repeating the exact same route twice.
