Pretty Little Liars Cast Reunion Breakdown: Who Showed Up, Who Was Missing, and What Aria Is Doing Next
By Alexander Ross
When photos surfaced of key cast members reuniting in mid-2026, speculation immediately erupted across Reddit forums and entertainment blogs. Fans scrutinized group photos to count which Liars answered the call and which remained behind their own project schedules.
The gathering featured core regulars alongside key supporting cast members, yet gaps in the lineup were impossible to overlook. Professional obligations and geographic dispersion created inevitable hurdles:
| Cast Member | Character | Reunion Presence | 2025, 2026 Focus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lucy Hale | Aria Montgomery | Attended / Active | Holiday rom-com, indie thrillers, digital content |
| Ian Harding | Ezra Fitz | Attended / Active | Holiday rom-com co-lead, television guest spots |
| Shay Mitchell | Emily Fields | Absent | BÉIS brand expansion, international travel productions |
| Troian Bellisario | Spencer Hastings | Partial / Remote Support | Directing, stage productions, podcasting |
| Ashley Benson | Hanna Marin | Attended / Active | Independent cinema, family commitments |
| Sasha Pieterse | Alison DiLaurentis | Attended / Active | Podcast hosting, lifestyle ventures, acting |
Shay Mitchell’s absence generated the largest volume of online commentary. Mitchell, who built an entrepreneurial empire through her travel and lifestyle brand BÉIS, was occupied with corporate expansions overseas. Despite internet gossip hinting at interpersonal rifts, cast members repeatedly clarified that their friendships remain intact, with Bellisario and Mitchell sending public messages of support during group events.
