Where to Find Birthday Presents in Fortnite 2026: Exact Spawn Locations and Loot Drops

Breaking down the facts behind Where to Find Birthday Presents in Fortnite 2026: Exact Spawn Locations and Loot Drops—check out the main takeaways.

While Birthday Presents handle weapon spikes, stationary birthday cakes resolve health recovery. Epic Games stationed giant celebratory cakes directly inside the central plazas of prominent POIs across both maps.

Surrounding each centerpiece cake are loose Birthday Cake slices resting on the ground. A crucial technical detail separates cake slices from standard consumables: players cannot store cake slices in their inventory slots. Eating a slice happens directly in place, providing an instant 5-point boost to health or shields depending on current status. Consuming five to ten slices in rapid succession resets an empty shield bar without burning through Shield Potions, making these fixed locations great secondary drop points after chaotic skirmishes.
