Q1: Were any wellness or sauna studios near Town Center at Cobb shut down for criminal activity?

A1: Official public records from the Cobb County Police Department and local municipal courts show no criminal vice raids or organized crime closures targeting mainstream infrared sauna or contrast therapy businesses in the Town Center area. Temporary business pauses in recent months stemmed from routine zoning compliance, electrical permit updates, and massage licensing audits.
