By Chloe Bennett
Just as public interest began to stabilize, another member of the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives ensemble entered the arena. On September 21, 2026, castmate Layla Taylor published screenshots of direct messages Lambert allegedly sent her following the split. Reality Blurb quickly picked up the exchanges, reigniting internet scrutiny over Lambert's true intentions.
The leaked messages revealed Lambert venting about the sudden intensity of reality TV fame, while reaching out across Paul's personal social circle. Fans parsed every sentence for evidence of betrayal. Some community members argued Lambert was simply looking for clarity amid an abrupt public breakup, while others viewed reaching out to an ex-partner's co-star as an unforgivable breach of boundaries.
