Q1: Why does the Duke get arrested instead of firing the gun in the final frame?
A1: The Detective's arrest behavior takes precedence if the Duke is unarmed when the panel begins. You must assign the weapon to the Duke in that specific panel or have him carry it from an immediate prior scene before the Detective confronts him.
Q2: Can I use the Butler or the Maid instead of the King as the victim?
A2: In the Chapter 9 configuration, any initial victim suffices as long as the Detective recognizes the act as capital murder. However, using the King is the most foolproof method because his royal status guarantees an instant murder charge rather than a lesser altercation.
Q3: Is the avoid prison puzzle permanently bugged on my platform?
A3: No platforms have a broken script for this stage. Every recorded stall occurs because the Detective was never given a dedicated panel to discover the body and form an active murder accusation against the Duke.
