By dawn, footage of the episode had circulated across TikTok, X, and Instagram. The viral street video captured not only the initial act but also the precarious aftermath, as the intoxicated woman attempted to maneuver through an unstable throng of revellers while others jumped on nearby vehicles. The clip reignited memories of previous tournament flashpoints, including a 2018 episode in Brentwood where a woman celebrated an England win in her underwear, alongside more recent 2026 reports of fans sustaining serious injuries after climbing onto moving cars during drunken celebrations.

Online response split sharply between viewers who dismissed the scene as harmless, alcohol-fueled banter and critics who condemned it as an embarrassing display of British tourist misbehavior abroad. Spanish social media channels expressed disgust, with residents tag-marking local police forces and regional council accounts to demand an immediate end to unchecked street rowdiness.
