Built atop an elevated hill on the estate, the chapel was custom-built with assistance from Shelton himself. Featuring white-painted timber walls, traditional arched windows, and an intimate footprint designed for small family ceremonies, the structure stands as a permanent fixture on the landscape.
Beyond the chapel, the infrastructural footprint includes several massive steel-frame utility barns used for storing agricultural equipment, side-by-sides, and commercial tractors. A network of private gravel and dirt access roads spans miles, connecting the residential compound to isolated outposts, bass ponds, and deer blinds across the acreage. Water control structures along the creek bottoms manage seasonal flooding, creating reliable duck ponds and irrigation reservoirs for the property's varied farming ventures.
