The centerpiece of the refresh is an ambitious update to the diner menu. While core favorites like the plush cheeseburger, hot dog, and crinkle-cut fries remain on the board, the 2026 kitchen roster leans heavily into regional New York diner staples and morning comfort classics.
Headlining the new additions is the Jellycat Amuseable Everything Bagel, complete with textured felt poppy seeds, embroidered scallion cream cheese, and the brand’s signature corduroy boot-feet. Visitors can also order a three-tier stack of Amuseable Diner Pancakes, topped with a square of velvet butter and stitched maple syrup drippings. On the beverage side, the classic diner milkshake is now joined by a plush Diner Coffee Pot, a clear-sided carafe with stitched dark roast levels and a cheery embroidered grin.
These pieces carry designated exclusive diner plushies status, meaning they cannot be ordered via standard wholesale stockists or the brand’s general online storefront. Prices for the standard counter-served items hold between $45 and $55, which includes the interactive performance and all custom packaging accoutrements.
