Druski Real Name, Age, Net Worth, and Career: Everything You Need to Know

Drew Desbordes was born on September 12, 1994, in Columbia, Maryland, before his family relocated to Gwinnett County, Georgia. Growing up in the suburban pocket northeast of Atlanta shaped his comedic perspective. His father worked as an Air Force pilot and commercial captain, while his mother worked in public health. The household prioritized structure and higher education, traits that initially clashed with his desire to entertain.
Desbordes attended Georgia Southern University, then transferred to Georgia Gwinnett College to study sports management. Academia failed to hold his interest. Disengaged and facing academic probation, he dropped out after two semesters, a decision that caused friction at home. He spent long stretches in his mother’s guest bedroom watching classic stand-up routines, dissecting pacing from Martin Lawrence, Eddie Murphy, and Dave Chappelle.
He launched his presence under the handle "Druski" around 2017. The moniker was a childhood family nickname that stuck. His early Instagram viral videos focused on situational archetypes: the aggressive frat brother, the untrustworthy friend who claims he "knows a guy," and the corporate boss attempting to adopt urban slang. His observational ear for subtle social mannerisms caught immediate traction across urban media platforms.
