The primary arena where Madison Oberg exercises professional leadership today is the AO1 Foundation (Audience of One), an IRS-registered 501(c)(3) established by Carson Wentz in 2017. The foundation operates three specific charitable pillars: the Haiti Sports Complex, the Outdoor Ministry (which takes youth with physical challenges or life-threatening illnesses on hunting and fishing excursions), and the Thy Kingdom Crumb mobile food ministry, which distributes free meals across underserved urban pockets.

Oberg serves as a trusted advisor and operational partner across these initiatives. Drawing on her initial fieldwork with Mission of Hope, she helped evaluate the ongoing buildout of the sports complex in Haiti, ensuring that construction funds directly benefited educational and athletic infrastructure for regional youth. Back in the United States, she has regularly participated in Thy Kingdom Crumb distributions, serving warm meals alongside volunteer crews without advanced press alerts or media fanfare.

At home, family life centers on their daughters, Hadley Jayne Wentz (born April 2020) and Hudson Rose Wentz (born November 2021). The timing of their firstborn arrived during the height of early pandemic lockdowns, forcing the family into isolation while Carson prepared for his final, turbulent season in Philadelphia. By shielding their children from aggressive public exposure, Oberg established strict digital boundaries. Her personal social media accounts remain private or minimally updated, reserving public appearances strictly for foundation charity galas and youth community days.
