Finding your car without incurring cancellation fees or aimlessly wandering through dark concrete bays requires mastering a precise vertical sequence. The journey starts the moment you pull your luggage off the carousels at Terminal 3 baggage claim.
Do not exit directly to the outer street curbs. Look for the central bank of elevators or escalators situated directly behind carousels 21 through 26. Take those elevators or escalators up to Level 2 (Departures/Ticketing level). From Level 2, follow signs pointing toward the covered pedestrian bridge connecting the terminal building directly to the parking garage.
Once you cross this elevated walkway and step inside the parking complex, you will find a dedicated bank of garage elevators. Ride these elevators up to Level V (Level 5). The automatic glass doors on Level V open directly onto the open-air Lyft designated pickup area and Uber pickup location. The airport divides this vast deck into clearly painted lettered and numbered stalls (Sections V-1 through V-18). Your app will generate a specific lane and stall number, or instruct you to enter a PIN queue during high-demand convention surges.
