Keough proved her protective resolve in May 2024. When a fraudulent investment firm attempted to force an illegal foreclosure sale of Graceland using forged loan documents, Keough took immediate legal action. She filed a fraud lawsuit and secured a temporary restraining order, forcing the predatory entity to withdraw its claims before federal authorities intervened.
