Lakers vs Kings Highlights: How Los Angeles Unveiled Its New Defense on the Floor
By Sarah Jenkins
Every divisional game carries massive weight in a congested Western Conference. Shifting margins separate home-court advantage from the play-in tournament danger zone. The victory over Sacramento keeps Los Angeles within striking distance of the upper seeds, but stiffer tests loom on the horizon.
The upcoming Oklahoma City Thunder matchup stands out as the ultimate trial for this newly solidified defense. Maintaining the defensive shell displayed against Sacramento will be non-negotiable if the Lakers hope to survive that matchup.
