One of the most memorable punchlines in the song occurs midway through Higgins' verse:

"Hit it from the back, like Tommy Lee, drum on the stick / She say she wanna suck my dick, told her, 'Lick on the tip.'"

The line functions as a rapid-fire double entendre. On one level, Higgins salutes Tommy Lee, the legendary drummer of hard-rock band Mötley Crüe, known for his relentless, high-impact percussion style. Higgins was a committed rock enthusiast who frequently incorporated punk elements and metal sensibilities into his melodies. On another level, the bar doubles as firearm street jargon: a "drum" refers to a high-capacity drum magazine attached to an automatic rifle ("the stick"). Higgins flips the metaphor once more into sexual bravado, stitching rock history, street posturing, and locker-room humor into a single breath.

This effortless synthesis of influences was Higgins' signature strength. He never compartmentalized his loves. Motley Crüe, Black Sabbath, Lil Wayne, and Chicago drill coexisted in his freestyle vocabulary without friction.
