Jon Rahm Home & Real Estate Faq: Addresses, Scottsdale Sale Price, and the $14M Nc Listing
By David Miller
Rahm’s deep ties to Arizona began long before he held a single major championship trophy. Arriving in Tempe from the Basque coast of Spain speaking minimal English, he blossomed into a collegiate force under coach Tim Mickelson at Arizona State University. Phoenix was also where he met his wife, former ASU javelin competitor Kelley Cahill. The desert became their collective anchor.
As Rahm ascended to World No. 1, captured the 2021 U.S. Open at Torrey Pines, and took home the 2023 Masters green jacket, the couple set down roots in Silverleaf, an exclusive, guard-gated mountain community tucked inside DC Ranch in North Scottsdale. Known for its Tom Weiskopf-designed 18-hole championship golf course, canyon views, and privacy walls, Silverleaf houses athletes, hedge-fund managers, and enterprise founders.
Rahm’s primary residence there was an architectural blend of Mediterranean finishes and contemporary desert indoor-outdoor design. Complete with a commercial-grade home fitness facility, personal short-game practice installation, climate-controlled wine gallery, and resort-scale pool deck overlooking the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, the estate served as the tactical command center for his PGA Tour dominance.
