Is the Helio Air Broom Legit? Pricing, Shipping Times, and Return Policy Investigated
By James H. Sterling
Is the Helio Air Broom website a scam?
The site is not a total scam in the sense of stealing money without sending an item; customers generally do receive a physical product. However, it operates as an aggressive dropshipping enterprise that marks up cheap commodity goods, uses deceptive shipping timelines, and makes returns difficult to execute.
Can I cancel my order or dispute charges if the broom has not arrived?
Canceling through customer support is difficult once an order is submitted, as automated fulfillment systems mark orders as "processed" almost instantly. If tracking remains inert past 30 days, filing an item-not-received chargeback through your credit card provider or PayPal resolution center is often the most effective route.
Does the broom actually work on pet hair as shown in advertisements?
The silicone edge gathers loose pet hair efficiently on flat, hard flooring like tile, laminate, and sealed hardwood. It struggles significantly on carpets and area rugs, where high friction strains the lightweight handle joints and prevents smooth sweeping motions.
