Born in Bar, Vinnytsia Oblast, in 1982 and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine, Igor Vovkovinskiy showed signs of atypical development during early toddlerhood. While the operations arrested the immediate fatal trajectory of the tumor, his endocrine feedback loops were permanently altered. The skeletal growth continued.
