Analyze the key details How Old Is Harry Hill? Behind the Comedian’s Candid Revelations on Burnout and Paranoia with clear explanations.

Harry Hill's date of birth is October 1, 1964. Born Matthew Keith Hall in Woking, Surrey, and raised in Cranbrook, Kent, he reached the milestone of 61 years old having quietly navigated one of the longest continuous careers in modern British broadcasting.

Unlike many contemporaries who entered comedy through student revues at Oxford or Cambridge, Hill followed a rigorous, grounded pathway. He came of age in an era when prime-time light entertainment was still dominated by variety stars like Les Dawson and Bruce Forsyth. By filtering that nostalgic variety tradition through a surrealist, post-punk sensibility, Hill bridged generational divides that left peers puzzled. Older viewers saw echoes of classic music hall comedy; younger audiences saw manic, postmodern satire.

Maintaining that manic physical energy requires stamina. Hill still performs live tours, write novels, and develops new formats in his sixties, proving that his comedic timing remains sharp even as he steps away from grueling production cycles.
