Q1: Is this new Harley Quinn permanent in the main DC Universe?

Q2: Does the Joker exist in this Harley Quinn storyline?

A2: While the Absolute Universe features its own dangerous incarnation of the Joker, he plays zero role in Harley Quinn's origin, which is entirely tied to the state-sponsored horrors of Ark M and Project Vega.

Q3: What role does Project Vega play in Absolute Batman #22?

A3: Project Vega is the classified behavioral experiment conducted within Ark M that targeted Harleen Quinzel, serving as the central mystery that unites Bruce Wayne and Harley against Gotham's ruling elite.
