Planning a visit requires knowing when to go and how to approach the lot. Mall opening hours run from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily, though select food vendors begin serving breakfast items as early as 9:00 AM, and a few dessert counters stay open past 7:30 PM.
The front surface parking lot off Story Road is notoriously cramped. Double-parking and slow-moving search traffic can cause major bottlenecks. Savvy visitors head straight for the dedicated parking garage structure located immediately behind the mall complex. The multi-level structure provides ample shaded parking and direct covered entrance access into the eastern wing.
While many vendors have adopted digital payment platforms and contactless cards, several smaller food court stalls and tailoring booths operate on a cash-preferred or cash-only basis. Multiple independent ATMs are positioned near the center food hall and western entrance.
