From 'La Calle De Las Sirenas' to Drag Race Stage: Kabah's Unmatched Visual Evolution
Nostalgia is serious business in the Latin music industry. When Kabah joined forces with OV7 in 2015 for a joint reunion tour, industry analysts were stunned by the box-office demand. The co-headlining production played over 25 dates at Auditorio Nacional alone, grossing tens of millions of dollars.
That runaway success laid the financial groundwork for the 90s Pop Tour, an arena extravaganza launched by production company BOBO Producciones. Bringing together Kabah, JNS, Sentidos Opuestos, Magneto, and Caló, the production featured a massive 360-degree stage, synchronized laser arrays, and relentless four-hour setlists.
Between 2017 and 2025, the franchise played to over 3 million attendees across North America, filling venues from Arena Ciudad de México to arenas in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Houston. Tickets commanded between $45 and $220, proving that the buying power of Latin millennials seeking their adolescent soundtracks was vastly underestimated by legacy concert promoters.
