Escape from Tarkov's Deadliest Task: How to Survive Forklift Certified on Factory
The industrial basement beneath Factory contains some of the tightest sightlines in modern extraction shooters. Mechanic task lines send operators directly into this claustrophobic warren to inspect machinery, set markers, and retrieve logistical data. This subterranean room holds industrial forklifts, discarded pallets, and concrete dividers that funnel players into head-on collisions.
The layout leaves no margin for hesitation. When you materialize near the back forklift, you are already pinned between two competing player spawns: the dreaded Glass Hallway to your left and the underground corridor to your right. In earlier wipes, players often attempted to hide behind machinery, hoping opponents would bypass the corridor. That passive approach no longer works. Modern Tarkov players immediately check corners with pre-firing angles and fragmentation grenades, turning stationary operators into easy targets.
The updated Factory map rework altered ambient lighting, added subtle underground flanking routes, and adjusted visual cover across the lower levels. The core threat geometry, however, remains unchanged. Close-quarters combat (CQB) dominates this sector, where bullet velocity takes a back seat to cyclic rate of fire, point-fire accuracy, and raw peek timing.
