Elle Brooke Video Timeline: from Weigh-in Stunts to Main-Event Misfits Highlights
By Sarah Jenkins
On May 25, 2024, Brooke headlined Misfits Boxing 15 at NRG Arena in Houston, Texas, defending her middleweight belt against Paige VanZant. Critics had assumed VanZant's eight-year tenure across the UFC and Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship would expose Brooke within minutes. What transpired instead became a defining moment for the women's crossover championship bracket.
In the opening round, Brooke timed VanZant's dipping jab, connecting with an overhand right that knocked the professional fighter to the canvas. That single sequence circulated rapidly across digital channels that night. Full fight video recaps showed VanZant recovering and adjusting with veteran ringcraft, landing clean combinations as Brooke began to tire in rounds three and four.
The judges scored the contest 48-46 for Brooke, 48-46 for VanZant, and 47-47 even, resulting in a split draw. Brooke retained her promotional belt. More importantly, DAZN pay-per-view replays confirmed that Brooke's knockdown was no accident. She traded punches with a hardened combat veteran for five continuous two-minute rounds, establishing herself as an athlete rather than merely an online personality.
