Did Anna Cathcart Fix Her Teeth? Inside the Viral 'Xo, Kitty' Season 2 Change
By Chloe Bennett
The conversation started where most teen television discussions do: high-definition screengrabs shared on social media. Fans tracking Cathcart's career since her 2018 debut alongside Lana Condor observed that her upper teeth occupied more visual width when she smiled during Season 2 press clips. In earlier seasons, her smile showed narrower buccal corridors, the dark spaces visible at the corners of the mouth when smiling broadly.
Viewers noted that her front incisors appeared more harmoniously aligned with the rest of her dental arch. In earlier press tours, Cathcart displayed a signature, youthful smile with minor natural crowding and slight inward tilting along the canine sectors. In the newer footage, those subtle asymmetries gave way to a straighter, balanced perimeter.
The shift was quiet enough that casual viewers simply thought Cathcart had matured. Dedicated fans, however, framed side-by-side photo comparisons on TikTok, racking up hundreds of thousands of views and turning routine orthodontic progression into an internet mystery.
