The battle breaks down across two distinct tactical phases:
Phase One (100% to 50% Health): Malakor stays at mid-range, throwing wire snares that root your character for three seconds. Dodge roll diagonally forward when his hands glow crimson. He leaves a 1.5-second recovery window after executing his overhead double-slash. Punish this opening with heavy stagger-building attacks or piercing weapon skills.
Phase Two (Below 50% Health): Malakor retreats to the chamber ceiling, spawning three blood-puppet minions while dropping razor wire across the arena floor. Avoid stepping on the glistening red threads running between the pillars; crossing them inflicts continuous Bleed buildup. Eliminate the minions quickly with area-of-effect elemental spells. Once Malakor dives down for his signature plunging strike, parry the descending blow to knock him off balance, then execute a critical riposte.
