Clay Cooper Theatre Area Appreciation: Qualifications, Dates, and Ticket Truths
By Maya Lin-Takahashi
Can I book Clay Cooper area appreciation tickets through the website?
No. The box office schedule reserves promotional ticketing strictly for telephone orders and in-person box office transactions so staff can verify qualifying local addresses.
Which specific counties qualify for surrounding county promotions?
Taney and Stone counties qualify for almost all local promotions. Christian, Greene, and occasionally Boone or Carroll counties in northern Arkansas are included during specific regional appreciation windows.
Are children included under adult area appreciation tickets?
Children accompanied by a qualifying local adult receive the discounted rate or the standard theater child discount, whichever offers the lower cost. Proof of residency from the accompanying parent or guardian covers minors in the party.
What happens if I purchase a local ticket but forget my photo ID?
Will-call staff cannot release tickets at the promotional price point without verifying address documentation. In such cases, patrons must provide alternative proof of address or pay the price difference for standard adult admission.
