Anne Winters Relationship Timeline: from Taylor Beau to Present Day Romance
By Marcus Vance
Speculation shifted toward her professional circle in 2020 after Winters booked the role of Ensign Charly Burke on The Orville: New Horizons. When Winters and series creator Seth MacFarlane were seen together at public venues and industry dinners in early 2021, speculative threads across Reddit and X suggested an off-screen romance.
Industry onlookers were quick to compare the dynamic to MacFarlane's past romances with high-profile co-stars, including Halston Sage and Emilia Clarke. Observers on entertainment forums pointed to mutual professional admiration, particularly Winters' aggressive public audition campaign to land roles in major franchise productions.
Neither actor ever confirmed a romantic link. Representatives declined to comment on social sightings, and production insiders consistently maintained that the pairing remained strictly collaborative throughout the intense, pandemic-delayed shooting schedule of The Orville Season 3. By the time the season wrapped and streamed on Hulu in 2022, rumors had dissipated entirely without evidence of shared domestic commitments.
